An identifier for the dataset is required, but not always available especially in one-off datasets or analyses.
Add a description to the guide that the identifier should be pulled from resource when available
If no ids available as is the case with many one off resources, system should:
a. Create a temporary ID for the user
b. Check for the dataset in the system based on other metadata
c. Assign an identifier to the dataset if it's not already in the system
Potential formatting for dataset identifier: MCA (Manually Curated Analysis for analysis), MCD (Manually Curated Dataset) numbers.
This issue is a blocker if goal is to allow multiple people manually add one-off datasets via the DDE Playground because multiple people may end up adding the same dataset and giving it a random ID.
