Funding object: The step 1-4 format is unclear as to what is required and should enable the user to go back from step 2 to step 1 if they find that they put the info in the wrong area. (Eg- funder name in Grant name box).
Better yet, use a pop-up form with all 4 fields available (red *) for required so no backward, forward navigation needed.
Author object: Same deal--pop-up selector for (either person or organization) then give form with fields (including optional fields)--currently, can only add required author fields, not optional author fields.
