Protocol attempt 1 issues: Add missing rdf:labels and fix @ids for protocol properties #58

rdfs:labels are available for properties found in the "dependency classes" (Person, Organization, etc.) but are missing from the properties in the main class (Protocols).

Also, the "@ids" are correct for the "dependency classes", but are missing the prefix for the main class (Protocols
