"The COVID-19 Portfolio Tool" was just announced: https://nexus.od.nih.gov/all/2020/04/15/new-nih-resource-to-analyze-covid-19-literature-the-covid-19-portfolio-tool/

... a comprehensive listing of COVID‑19 publications and preprints that is freely available to the public and coupled with a user-friendly portfolio analysis interface for querying the full text and supplemental data. The COVID-19 portfolio is updated daily with new literature selected for inclusion by subject matter experts.

The resource is available at: https://icite.od.nih.gov/covid19/search/

Creating this as a separate issue from #25 so as not to distract from those efforts. But this new resource might be worth looking into after that issue is complete (or if roadblocks arise).

Seems to be a formalized set of tools built off of the Allen/CZI/et al.'s Kaggle COVID-19 Open Research Dataset Challenge. @gtsueng has looked at this a lot more, but it's definitely non-overlapping with LitCovid; LitCovid focuses only on papers from SARS-CoV-2, while the "COVID-19 Open Research Dataset Challenge" has papers going back to the '70s on other coronaviruses. Last time I checked, LitCovid had 4,857 pubs while the Kaggle Dataset had ~ 2,000 from 2020.
