Lineage report and mutations table are missing an insertion in spike that occurs frequently in these sequences. Also see https://covariants.org/variants/21H

Hey @proychou, thank you for reporting this! Unfortunately, due to computational constraints, we are not counting insertions and only focus on deletions and substitutions. However, we do plan to implement this in a future release. We will keep you updated here.
