Oled transfer update #50

Added Rsync readout over OLED to card backup

Issues I've seen:

Needed to add a chmod to access hard disk
Sometimes oled command segfaulted - fixed with explicit alias to the oled executable at top of file.
I did a git pull for the code rather than run install script, so there may be some extraneous sudo statements in the script.

Should be relatively straightforwards to implement in current version.

PS I updated camera-backup.sh, but didn't test. Probably needs extra work. But should work in similar way to card-backup.sh.

Could you change the target branch to experimental? I'd like to test the changes before rolling them into the master branch. Thanks!
