Fix rotated images uploaded from mobile safari #108

Hey guys,

Cameras have exif info about rotation and portrait is considered rotated. So 
when you upload via mobile safari any photo taken in portrait is rotated wrong 
for viewing.

attached file includes a fix for current bp Album+ in WP repo.

The extra code reads the exif orientation and then rotates the image properly 
to display in the intended orientation.
