Add how to use #3

I noticed that I had to dig around the module to figure out how to use this awesome module, so I created a small howto in the readme. Hope it helps.

Ok, thank you very much for the PR;

i will work on better documentation; My dev computer is having a problem; i want to edit these on local but can't at the moment; i will update this next week.

actually while this works: $siteSettings['text1'];

i think this also works: $siteSettings->text1;

since it returns a wireArray object.

i will base the added instructions on your suggestions
