Describe the issue as clearly as possible:

Not working on Windows 7. It's seems working, but acutally can't access the Internet, while it's on.

Install on Windows 7

Expected result:

It's actually working

This seems like an issue with your python / computing / docker? environment. What does requests.get("https://python.org") return?
