When both lout and blankie are registered as plugins hoek asserts an exception.
Error: Uncaught error: Cannot merge array onto an object at Object.exports.assert (\node_modules\blankie\node_modules\hoek\lib\index.js:731:11)
Looks like the problem is with blankie, but lout change resolve this by disabling generateNonces and supporting blankie.
