Housekeeping #174

Need to review open issues and PRs and either close or indicate solution and who is going to do the work. Requests from 2 years ago are clearly not going to happen.

58 seems like a candidate to close. It was opened in 2014 and has not had any activity since.

@Marsup still got the time to maintain this? It is not up to hapi standards.
