fix basePath in lout config #75

lib/index.js was loading the default lout index and route templates, despite basePath being set. PR fixes this.

Merged and published as 5.0.1, thanks. Be aware that I've changed how basePath is used to adhere to the documentation, that is not impose './templates' folder.
