Add screenshot to README #98

This adds a screenshot of the new redesign to readme, so that you can get a feel for the TV ui before setting it up on your server or trying the demo.

Note that the image tag points to the image as if it were checked into master, so if you pull down to take a gander at this this out locally, make sure you change the tag to a relative path.
