Translations need to be split into translations of a the node questions and translations of the datapoints #11

When translating a calculator you want to separate the strings that are actually presented to end-users from those that are not used in the form or the API.

Questions that are in the nodes are not used in the forms of the API

Questions that are in the datapoints are presented to end-users.

Questions in the datapoints will least likely to change over time, questions in the datapoints are more likely to change.

The translation prefix with "question_" are the questions display on calculator forms. It's necessary two split on two different files or indicate a separation in the file ?

Let's make this a low priority for now, let's leave it like it is now.
