Diagram editor misses authentication #2

Diagram editor needs to check wether a user is logged in and has the right credentials. If not the editor should show the content of the page that is stored in Wordpress.

That makes providing multilingual error messages easier.

I redirect to login the user not logged and not have the right credentials.
