Change language files to .pot and .po files #28

Ask discussed in our call. Please change the language files format to .po files: https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/PO-Files.html

That way the files can be readable in standard translation editors and platforms.

After research and discussion with Nathan, the files will remain in JSON because it would cause to news developments and news tests, to implement this.
