layout details #29

This is low priority.

There are some minor changes to be made to the interface layout

  1. the left panel line does not line up with the line of its header. Have these line up. screen shot 2014-12-04 at 14 05 02
  2. the line between the centre panel and right panel disappears when a node is selected screen shot 2014-12-04 at 14 05 20
  3. these lines should run all the way down, sometimes they stop halfway of the screen. screen shot 2014-12-04 at 14 08 11
