Italy does not go to the next step

I finished Italy and merged it. Some type of works work fine (for example non-original photograph doesn't have any problems). But in Literary and artistic works, you cannot go to the next step.

I just tested it and on the dev site it works fine now! Close the issue after it has merged successfully, then I know when to publish it on the website
