WIP OpenBSD: Initial support for OpenBSD #37

I love this script on FreeBSD, It'd be great to see this on OpenBSD.

Here is some initial work done for supporting it on OpenBSD, but seems like auto-admin isn't on OpenBSD, or I am just unfamiliar with the system.

I initially worked on this basing it off of NetBSD's Directory. Hopefully I understand how this script works. Please let me know if I missed anything.

THIS IS WIP, I NEED TO DO MORE WORK ON THIS.
