Add Debian logo and create png file #12

Hi, I added the Debian logo and created a png file to Brazil A3 version.

Hi @phls! I already have a version of the Debian logo in our internal repo. I didn't include the Debian logo in the poster this year because they hadn't committed to participating in Outreachy before the round opened. I'm reluctant to change the poster to include a new logo, since I have some in progress translations that would then need to be changed. I will consider adding the Debian logo next round if they are more timely in signing up to participate. Thanks for your PR, but I'm going to have to close this until next round.

@sagesharp sure, no problem. Do you mind if I add the Debian logo on the brazilian version?
