Approving the second mentor for a project probably didn't work the first time #148

I remember I approved a second mentor for a Wikimedia project (https://www.outreachy.org/communities/cfp/wikimedia/project/build-an-article-finder-tool-for-program-leaders-a/) a few days ago. While browsing my notifications section today on the Outreachy site, I was being suggested to approve the mentor. Not sure, if it didn't work the first time, or it is some refresh issue.

@srish There's an extra confirmation page for mentors, so there's two "approve" buttons you need to click through. Maybe you forgot to click the second one? In any case, does it work now?

@sagesharp I very well remember I did click the two approve buttons the first time. In any case, the mentor has now been approved.
