Contract needs to mention travel funding deadline #207

Outreachy interns have up to one year from when their internship starts to use their travel stipend. This needs to be explained in the intern contract (and probably the mentor contract?).

Outreachy mentors now have two years to use their travel stipend. It can be used for any travel approved by their mentor (that meets our guidelines). The travel must start no later than two years from the start date of their internship.
