Modify coordinator and mentor intern selection email

Once the late application deadline has passed, we send an email to mentors and coordinators to remind them that they need to select an intern by a specific date. Sometimes mentors have already selected an intern before we send that email. This is confusing to mentors.

Modify the email to mention which interns are already selected. We still want to tell mentors and coordinators about the possibility of general funding and how to rate applicants.

We actually might want to send coordinators and mentors separate emails. The email is quite long, and mentors don't need the instructions for setting funding that coordinators do.
