Mentor documentation: list questions for submitting a project

Mentors can only submit a project once their community has signed up to participate. However, mentors need to gather a list of information in order to submit their project. It would be good if the current mentor FAQ listed the project submission information.

There's a couple steps to this task:

• [ ] Move that page from the Outreachy website CRM into Django.
• [ ] Display the questions asked when filling out forms for a Project, MentorApproval, ProjectSkill, and CommunicationChannel.

@jameysharp thinks we can accomplish the second part by passing in the same forms we use to gather that information into the template.
