Update Mentor FAQ to point to Zulip #502

In the Mentor FAQ, under the Application Process section it references:

Start hanging out in #outreachy and #outreachy-admin on GIMPNet (irc.gnome.org). You are welcome to pitch in answering any questions from prospective applicants on the mailing list and the IRC channel.

Those channels seem to inactive - there's been no discussion on them for at least a few months from what I can tell of Matrix's IRC bridges.

If it's been updated, yes :)

I don't think I can see that, as I'm not a mentor.
