Surname field won't take ' #1692

The surname (and I would guess forename, not tried) field won't take ' in the name. This causes an issues with Irish names like O'Malley.

Debian 9.5

VestaCP Version:

0.9.8-22

Installed Software (what you got with the installer):

VestaCP + exim + dovecot + Apache + nginx

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open control panel interface
  2. Try and create a new user with a surname of O'Malley
  3. User fails to create due to ' in name

Tested and happens with the first name too.

Error message

Error: invalid first name format :: Moo'Bah

On the page with the error message the name looks like this in the field.
