Fresh install CentOS 7.9.2009 (x86_64)

http://ip.address/phpmyadmin/ works, insecurely

https://ip.address/phpmyadmin/ <- not working, used to work

Used to be awesome; self-signed SSL + phpmyadmin + db one-click

Fixed:

Add the IP address as a domain!
