which help all ubuntu user to organize the domains and server configurations for a organization

It lacks support for Netplan (Currently used as default for Ubuntu)
Exim4 config will not work for Ubuntu 22.04

@raghavared thank you so much for the hard work creating this PR. I am re-igniting Vesta development, and we are working on creating a bounty to get Vesta going on the latest version of Ubuntu (22.04 LTS and 23.10), and I will post it on the community once we are ready.
