Add custom tags #346

What would you like to be added: Hello,

it will be nice to be able to add custom tags on the same model than we have here Maybe also some dyamics one with for example namespaces or internel K8s informations that we could gather.

Why is this needed: It will be a nice feature to better dispatch what is the usage of each elements created.
