Update ATTRIB_* data

• Update data in table "ATTRIB_LIST" and "ATTRIB_TYPE" from latest GIT's for re-testing functions of controllers
• Update controller for brand "HWI". If ATTRIB_TYPE.name is "MAC_ADDRESS", it must be converted into lowercase and reformat to group of two characters separated by colon, for example from "aabb-ccdd-eeff" to "aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff"
