Hello it's working on my pc - can you try a different camera? could be
something to do with the bits per pixel or frame size of your video. Anything
in the ispy log file? (view - log file).

I have just installed app on a Windows XP system running v4.5.4.0. The iSpy
program restarts every time I enable the face recognition plugin.

I installed v4.6.6.0 on Windows 7 and soon after added the face recognition
plugin. When I select Face from the alert drop down menu, the program crashes
and then restarts. If I leave the alert on Movement, the program works fine.

I upgraded to v4.7.1.0 and face recognition plugin still crashes iSpy.
