ExpressInstall can't upgrade flash version 6&7 #350

Steps:
1. OS:Mac powerPC
2. Flash Player 6,0,65,0/Flash Player 6,0,79,0
3. browser: safari,netscape
3. when upgrade steps finished,the flash installer did't running.flash 
version did't install too.

notation:
1.if it is Flash Player 7,0,69,0 in mac,the expressInstall show "don't 
support this flashversion ".
2.Flash Player 8,0,42,0 can auto upgrade successfully.

This issue is outside the scope of SWFObject; SWFObject basically triggers the
mechanism. You could check if it's already reported in their bug system, and if 
not,
report it there.
