FF3 must click to activate needed if movie is scrolled out of view #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.magnusdux.ca/index008.html, see the nav behaviour in FF3
2. Scroll down the page so the flash nav is out of the active windows view
and scroll back up so the nav is in view again.
3. Hover over nav, buttons no longer hover, you have to click to activate
the nav again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The buttons should hover, however once the flash movie is out of view and
scrolled back into view you have to click on the flash movie to have it
active again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FF3, windows, SwfObject 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.

This behavior is not specific to SWFObject, but any flash element "below the
fold" in
Firefox.

Firefox does not seem to initially render Flash content which is not visible.

A Google search will verify this behavior.

Why does the non-dynamic embed not have the same issue in FF if its a FF issue?
