Possible onload event issue with FireFox 3.5 #423

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install v2.2 swfobject as per instructions (dynamic)
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Code walk via Firebug shows that the getElementById function returns a null
object when looking for the target element to replace.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v2.2 on Windows 7 and FireFox 3.5

Please provide any additional information below.

When you replace swfobject with v2.1, it works correctly. I didn't finish
the code walk of v2.1 - but it appears that the event binding to the onload
event is not happening soon enough for the embedswf function to find the
appropriate DOM object to manipulate.
