SWFObject.embedSWF not working in IE9?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to 
http://www.flashjunior.ch/school/test/ietest/?ie7js=true&jquery=true&swfobject=t
rue&pngfix=true&iefixto=9 using Internet Explorer 9
2. scroll to the bottom
3. instead of seeing a flash video, you see the text 'player'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you are expected to see a video underneath where it reads 'swfobject'. which 
does show up in FF, Safari, Chrome, and IE8 and below

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
swfobject 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.

When I tried it, it was fine with IE9, but using Firefox 4.0.1 only the text 
"player" shows up. Also using Windows 7.

I just tried your URL using Firefox 4.0.1 and IE9 in Windows 7 (32bit) and 
didn't encounter any problems. The SWF loaded fine in every test.

Are you using 64-bit Windows 7?

Closing this thread due to inactivity and inability to replicate the problem, 
but we will keep an eye out for odd behavior in Win7 64bit.

Update: The linked video successfully loaded in IE running on Win7 64bit 
Ultimate with FP 10.2.153.1

Bug is reproduced on http://www.marketforce.com and even Adobe's own site here 
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ under Win7 64bit Pro with swfObject 
2.2 and FP 10.3.181.14.  The effect is that flash player is at top left of 
browser window and flickers randomly.

yes I think this is a general issue with flash.  after downloading Adobe flash 
player 'square' for 64-bit support, the problem was resolved for me.

After uninstalling my current Flash Player and installing Square, some sites 
would not recognize I had any flash player installed (including the Adobe 
page).  Even if this would resolve this issue for me, this is not a very good 
resolution as that flash player is still in beta and not being deployed to the 
general population as a flash player update.  Any workarounds out there? 
defer="defer" did nothing to correct the issue either.

Do you get the same results when embedding using static publishing or the older 
<object><embed> method?

I'm not sure this is something SWFObject can fix; it sounds like it's a Flash 
Player issue in Windows 64-bit, which is beyond SWFObject's scope.
