Wrong size of input fields of the forms #23

In the Customer New or Edit page, the name input field is too long, compared to the other fields: image

Same in the Site and User New or Edit pages: image

Note that the size seems to depend on the browser type: in Chrome, the input field is too long and in FireFox, it is too short...
