v1.1.13

What platform is your computer?

"x64"

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Recreate steps:

bun create vite react;
bun add @vitejs/plugin-legacy -D;
vite.config.ts add plugin legacy({ targets: [ "defaults", "Chrome >= 49", "Firefox >= 52", "Safari >= 10", "Edge >= 13", "iOS >= 5", "Android >= 5", ], }) ;
execute bun x --bun vite build

What is the expected behavior?

does this still reproduce for you? I'm not seeing this on Bun 1.1.27 (you may need to run bun upgrade)
