This link should not be 500'ing.

[ ] Fix the crash reporter failing to upload debug symbols during CI
[ ] Add a cron job that tests canary debug symbols are uploaded successfully 15 minutes after a canary release is published, and have it open an issue if the crash reporter 500s

Maybe related https://github.com/oven-sh/bun/issues/13419 as the link from this issue also throws an internal server error now.
