Hey @anasianguy,
I see you’ve closed this issue.
Just to confirm, have you resolved it?
Hello, thanks for responding.
I have partially resolved the problem, it just seems that its pretty buggy. Whenever I want to see the lottie file I just uploaded, I just preview, then edit the preview with elementor, it takes more time, but it's fine.
also whenever I edit the image in anyway, the image gets stuck loading and doesn't change, so to see the changes I need to use the same method above.
I'm also wondering if there is a way to compress the JSON files.
thanks

That’s not how it’s supposed to work. You should be able to preview your animations while you’re still editing a page. 🤔
I’m reopening this issue since it doesn’t seem to be resolved.
Would you mind helping me debug this?
Hi, thanks for responding so fast.
I have chosen every type of combination in the options. however whenever I choose a different option in the elementor editor, the lottie animation continuous playing, however it turns slightly transparent, and the option I chose doesn't take effect until I preview the website and then edit the preview with elementor. This bug applies to all types of Lottie animations, and applies to all options. When I edit a Lottie widget using the style or advanced tab in elementor, the Lottie widget changes live correctly.
When I check the console, there are many errors.
Hope this helps.
Andre

- Which options have you selected on the Lottie widget → Content → Animation Options?
- Are there any errors on the console? (on Google Chrome, CTRL + Shift
- J on Windows, or CMD + Option + J on macOS)

Thanks for following up, I really appreciate it.
If possible, could you please share with me the errors you see in the console? (either copy-paste them or post a screenshot)
Hi
I sent two photos of the errors in the console in my last message, the main photo includes all but one error, the smaller photo has the last error shown.

Hey @anasianguy,
I noticed you’re replying to this issue via email. I don’t think it’s possible to attach files to a GitHub issue when replying via email.
If possible, could you please use GitHub’s web interface instead? When using the web interface, you can attach files by dragging & dropping, selecting or pasting them.
Sure will do

The Lottie widget turns grey, but It continues playing, just without any of the effects applied. The only way to change this is to view the page and edit the view of the page with elementor.
The errors in your console seem to be unrelated to this plugin.
If possible, could you please try disabling all of your WordPress plugins (except Elementor and Animentor), and then re-enabling them one at a time?
That way, you can spot which plugin causes the issue/conflict with Animentor so we will be able to debug it.
Hello, I have tested all the plugins and have found that Wordfence is the plugin that is making Animentor buggy.

Thanks for taking the time to help me debug this issue, I appreciate it. Isolating it is really helpful.
I’ll look into this and get back to you.
okay thanks, I'll continue to use animator but it'll just take longer

Lottie doesn't work in the editing section of elementor, however it works in the preview section. I have caches the files, redownloaded Lottie and its files, and have restarted my computer. I can still edit it from the elementor section, it just wastes an extreme amount of time.
