There are still some things left to do with menus:

If a menu only contains centered labels, use them to calculate the optimal menu width and use it instead of a fixed value. This can be done 100% automatically.
If a menu contains labels with options, use both the label width and the width of every possible option to calculate the menu width dynamically. This can't be done automatically and will need to be done manually.
Finish tr-fying mobile settings, most of them predate the tr() system

The menu width is now calculated dynamically. @nkrapivin tr-ified the mobile menu.

TODO: end translating some Russian options
