Possible soft lock at the end of Tidal Tubes act 2 #13

Not exactly a bug per se, more of a level design problem: Among one of my many playthroughs, it happened to me that after finishing off the boss in Tidal Tubes act 2, I went a bit too fast while busting the capsule, and ended up falling where the red arrow is.

Sonic kept trying going left to do his victory pose, despite not being able to do so, and I couldn't do anything other than reset the game and redo the stage all over again.

Resolved by extending the platform the capsule is on two tiles to the right (both Past & Future maps).
