Fixes #176 (selecting AAZ Act 1 in the level select leads to the Metal Sonic cutscene instead of the act) , #175 (leaving the save screen returns to a messed-up title screen), #174 (on Android, displaying disclaimers in the option menu and quitting should not immediately register a touch on the menu)
