Two Handed Attack for Radical Ruins Boss #11

Currently the only way to hit the Radical Ruins boss is when he does the hand Ninja chop from above. Since he has two hands lets allow the chop to happen twice which will give the player an extra attack to avoid as well as an extra opportunity for an attack.
