Replace "Get Chaos Emerald" and "Get Time Stone" sound effects with custom ones #21

The sound effects that play when a Chaos Emerald or a Time Stone lands in the hands of the player have been recorded from Sonic 3K and Sonic CD respectively, and in case of the former, there's a very clear and very quick fadeout (I wanted to cut it out before the "teleporting" sound kicked in).

They were meant as placeholder, but were never replaced. Custom ones would be neat.

Since it was not intended for the placeholder assets to be in the final build, it seems to me that this is more of a bug fix than a feature request, even though new assets would be created.
