Add Additional Phase to Frigid Fortress Boss #24

Currently you have to wait quite some time for a chance to hit the boss.

Add a new phase where he Flails his arms up and down before trying to chomp at the player two times in a row. These chomps will be different than the current chomp phase as the robot won't get as low focusing on player's height and thus will not break a platform in the process. This phase could be inserted between the existing phases so they loop.

Could maybe add an attack that the Mega Brutus will have a Spray Cannon that spews out gasses of Freezing Gas or Flaming Gas, while making his hands a platform to reach for the open cockpit.
