More Translations #61

My Idea: We need More translations such as Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Japanese, Czech, Greek, Irish, Chinese, Korean, Arabic and more

Spanish has already been contributed and is already in the code.

A warning though, translators will have to draw missing characters (or, in case of Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, and Greek, their entire alphabets) for 7 existing fonts. See this directory: https://github.com/overbound/SonicTimeTwisted/tree/master/extras/fonts/fonts and the subdirectory "extensions" which already contains an example of Cyrillic characters which were used for Ukrainian and Russian.

After this, a Java app is used to add contours and shadows. This is already provided with the code for 1.x, I still need to transfer the toolset to 2.0.

EDIT: I did say seven fonts and not eight: I understand that other alphabets can't all be represented with a Micro font that is 3 pixels wide, hence the possibility to use a wider font MicroBackup instead.
