Replace jingle on main menu

synonym for duplicate on Discord suggested to change the jingle that plays on the main menu when the player selects "Play".

This was originally a placeholder I generated with SFXR and then got used to and never got to replacing.

We can do one of four things:

• Keep it as-is
• Replace it with a new sound
• Replace it with what I originally used: the sound of Sonic touching a checkpoint
• Remove the sound entirely
