The validation in signup is not working properly #96

Describe the bug Even if the email already exists, still goes to the OTP screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Thalia app
  2. Click on 'signup'
  3. Enter the same email that exists as a user
  4. It will show an error as the email exist
  5. It will redirect to the OTP screen
