docs: Update README for recent Open edX versions #36

Explain that the v16 version is meant for Palm, and enumerate the version numbers corresponding to recent Open edX releases.

Fixes #35.

Just found https://github.com/overhangio/openedx-scorm-xblock/commit/024e066dd542bd3e2e2c29decd230d3d02d97e1f so I am concluding that my interpretation is correct — thus, marking this ready for review. :)
