Upgraded the Android SDK version from 10406996 to 11076708.
Increased the ANDROID_API_LEVEL from 33 to 34.
Updated the Android app repository link.
Renamed the Android app from edx-app-android to openedx-app-android to reflect the new repository.
Modified the user configuration path from ./OpenEdXMobile/default_config/tutor.yaml to ./default_config/dev/config.yaml, ./default_config/stage/config.yaml, and ./default_config/prod/config.yaml.
